• Rates and Fees

    Peak Season Rates are $5,800/week; Off-Peak Rates are $5,200/week. Rates include a State of Maine 9% lodging tax, cleaning, linens and trash removal. Pets are permitted for an additional fee of $150 per pet.

  • Arrival and departure

    Our bookings run from Friday to Friday. Guests are welcome to check in at 4:00 pm on the scheduled date of arrival, and we ask guests to please vacate the property no later than 10:00 am on the date of departure.

    Beaches and trails throughout Indian Point Association are accessible to guests. Passes and instructions are included in the Welcome Packet upon arrival.
